Holy Geez!!
So, Monday, yesterday, and today I went to the gym for an hour each time. Monday I brought my book and I rode the bike, and walked on the tredmil while I read. Well afterwards I did not feel anything, so I thought I did not do enough. So yesterday, I brought my book again, but this time I put the resistance on wayyy high and tried to do it all fast. I also tried tackling the eliptical machine. Let me just say...HUGE MISTAKE!!!! My legs are hurting like nothing else. haha I feel like an old lady. I am limping and grunting when I try to stand or walk. lol....JUST SHOOT ME!!!

I bet I hurt more! I've been working out since Tuesday and would rather pee in my pants than try and sit on a toilet! Hurts soooo bad. At least we know it's working!
